This is where your input shapes the final product. Inside your portal, you can review each design, leave comments directly on the visuals, request edits, and approve work; all without downloading files or juggling email threads.

5. Final Delivery + Launch
With everything approved, your project moves into its final handoff. You’ll receive all deliverables neatly organized inside your portal: brand assets, design files, website credentials, and any supporting documentation you’ll need moving forward.
Once everything is delivered, we complete your launch: presenting your brand or website to the world with confidence, clarity, and a touch of well-earned celebration.

Policies & Procedures
These policies outline how Gerald the Creative operates, communicates, and delivers services. They exist to set clear expectations, protect creative focus, and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Please review each section carefully before moving forward, as engaging in services indicates acknowledgment of these guidelines.

To protect focus, quality, and consistent delivery across all client projects, communication is handled with intention and structure.

Email is not monitored in real time. Messages are reviewed and responded to during designated business hours and between scheduled work sessions. Immediate or last-minute responses should not be expected via email.

Email Check Windows

Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM · 1:00 PM · 4:30 PM (CST)

All meetings, consultations, and calls are scheduled in advance. Any request to change a scheduled appointment must be confirmed prior to the meeting time to be considered official. Unconfirmed time changes are not valid.

If a client does not join a scheduled meeting within 25 minutes of the start time, the session is automatically closed and considered missed.

These guidelines exist to protect workflow, respect everyone’s time, and ensure creative work receives the focus it deserves.
By engaging in services with Gerald the Creative, the client agrees to the following payment terms:

Payment is required either in full upfront or through an agreed-upon installment plan. Available options include one (100%), two (50/50), or three (60/30/10) installments. Buy Now, Pay Later services are the only exception.

All projects must be paid in full before final deliverables are released. Deposits are non-refundable.

Native or source files are not included unless explicitly purchased as an add-on.

Any work requested outside the approved scope will be treated as additional services and invoiced separately.

If a project remains inactive for more than 90 days, the remaining balance must be paid in full before work may resume. Reinstatement is subject to current availability.

Gerald the Creative reserves the right to pause work on any project with overdue payments.

If a project is canceled by the client for any reason, all payments made, including deposits, are forfeited and applied as a cancellation fee.

Timely communication is essential for a project to move forward smoothly.

Clients are responsible for submitting all requested information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.

Delays in client responses may result in adjusted timelines.

Project briefs must be completed within 30 business days, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If communication stops for any reason, the project may be marked complete, the deposit forfeited, and the project labeled Abandoned.

After 35 days of no communication, a $150 project restart fee will apply should the client wish to continue.

After 45 days of inactivity, all remaining services, credits, and offers are forfeited with no refund. Files may be removed from servers, and unfulfilled deliverables will not be completed.

Projects that reach this level of inactivity are considered fully canceled, and Gerald the Creative reserves the right to decline future work with the brand.

Life happens.... and reasonable extensions are always respected when communicated. Transparency and courtesy keep projects moving.

Draft and working files—including revisions, non-selected concepts, premium fonts, themes, and layered source files—remain the property of Gerald the Creative unless otherwise stated in writing.

All official communication is conducted through documented channels (client portal and/or email) to maintain clarity, accountability, and accurate records.

This documentation helps prevent miscommunication and provides a reliable reference if clarification is ever needed.

These policies are available prior to engagement and are expected to be reviewed before and throughout the project.
